With Electronic Keyboards, the musical sound is generated or produced by an electronic device or by several electronic devices and is slightly different from workstation keyboards, it is mainly an affordable entry level musical instrument featuring a keyboard that enjoyed huge popularity in the eighties and that popularity and patronage is still going strong.
